The session will provide deep insight into CyBOK (The Cyber Security Body of Knowledge) as a framework to map an organisation’s workforce capability and a detailed walkthrough of hands-on training resources - including customisable capture-the-flag exercises - to provide the skills to fill identified gaps. The audience will be taken on a journey using scenarios, for instance, in security operations, incident response and forensics, to show how such capability mapping and training can enable their organisation to be future ready. Attendees will learn how to systematically map their organisation’s workforce knowledge capability, identify gaps and build customised training programmes to to ensure that as an ecosystem we proactively manage the threats through regular mapping and upskilling of the workforce.
