Dr Marsha Quallo-Wright is a senior civil servant, who over the last 12 years, has worked on resilience and security in a number of government departments and has a background in neuroscience. Marsha is currently Interim Director of Delivery, Engineering and Crypt Key (DECK) which enables other teams across the NCSC through providing resources, some key corporate services, tools and platforms. DECK also delivers key services to others across government and the military.

Marsha previously headed up the NCSC team that works to build resilience in the UK's private sector critical national infrastructure (energy, water, transport, telecoms, finance, civil nuclear, food, space, post).  The team works closely with industry, government, and regulators.
