Justin is the Global Threat Analysis Lead for Microsoft Threat Intelligence responsible for discovering, tracking, and disrupting worldwide cyber threat activity to Microsoft customers. Prior to Microsoft, Justin held various technical and leadership positions involving red team operations, security research, detection engineering and threat intelligence, ultimately focused on leveraging a deep understanding of threat actors, and how they operate, to inform defensive efforts. Justin has an undergraduate degree in Computer Science w/ a focus on cyber-operations and is currently pursuing a Juris Masters degree from Scalia Law School in Cyber and National Security Law.
