BY PLANE

The nearest airport is Manchester Airport.

Manchester Airport is a major international hub just nine miles (14.5km) from the city centre. 

From the airport, the city is approximately 25 minutes away by taxi or just 20 minutes via the half-hourly express rail service (tickets £3.00-£4.00).

BY TRAIN / LOCAL TRANSPORT

Train services arrive at Manchester Piccadilly or Manchester Victoria stations where passengers can connect with Metrolink trams for easy access to the city centre.

Manchester Central is a 20 minute walk from Piccadilly Station or just five minutes by taxi.

Alternatively, catch a connecting train to Oxford Road Station - just five minutes from Manchester Central on foot.

BY CAR

Manchester's M60 orbital motorway provides easy access from north, south, east and west.

If using a satellite navigation system - please follow the postcode M2 3GX.

There is an NCP (National Car Park) directly below Manchester Central that is open 24hrs a day all year round.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS:

Most of Manchester Central's exhibition space is on the ground floor / street level. Events on the first floor can be accessed via their lifts.

ASSISTANCE DOGS:

Assistance dogs are welcome at Manchester Central; however please be aware that at times, the event may get noisy.

HEARING IMPAIRMENTS:

There are Induction Loop facilities in Central and Charter Foyers as well as Exchange Auditorium. 

TOILETS:

There are accessible toilets in each of the main event spaces across the venue. Manchester Central also have a Changing Places Toilet which can be accessed via Central Foyer. 

DISABLED PARKING:

There is parking beneath the venue (provided by the NCP) including 15 disabled spaces on the Upper Level of the Car Park, with lift access to the venue. 

Blue badge parking is also available near the venue on Mount Street.
