Pelin Demir is a UX Design Consultant at Hippo Digital, currently working with NHS login, where she specialises in secure authentication and identity verification. She is dedicated to designing secure, seamless experiences that build public confidence in digital government services. Collaborating across NHS services, she drives alignment and innovation in digital identity. As the lead designer, Pelin played a pivotal role in the implementation of FIDO2 (Passkeys) at NHS login, contributing to the project through discovery, proof of concept, and delivery stages. At CYBERUK 2025, she will share insights on implementing passkeys and how they enhance security while improving user experience.
