Bridget Walshe is the Associate Head of the Canadian Centre for Cyber Security. Bridget has worked in Security and Intelligence community for over 20 years. She has held key leadership roles, including as Director General of Operations, Security and Intelligence at the Privy Council Office, advising on key security and intelligence issues. She spent many years working within the Communication Security Establishment Canada as an executive and technical leader overseeing cryptographic research, development and operations. As a mathematician, she conducted applied research in cryptography and led teams developing advanced cryptologic solutions. Bridget holds bachelor's and master's degrees in mathematics from the University of Victoria.
