Coming to Cyber Security from communications consultancy and a role as Technology Chief of Staff Eloise Hindes is Deputy CISO at the Bank of England. Responsible, among other things, for Cyber Exercising, Post Incident Reviews, and Insider Threat Detection. A non-traditional route into Cyber Security has given her a perspective that places organisational priorities and good communications at the heart of her work. She’s a firm believer that if the business doesn’t care what you’re doing, or can’t understand it, you’ll never have the impact you want.
