Jessica Colvin is a Managing Director within CISO at Citi. As Global Head of Cyber Security Operations, a role she has held since March 2025, she leads all of Citi's core cyber operations functions, ensuring a robust and coordinated defense against cyber threats. Her responsibilities encompass vulnerability assessments, threat monitoring and detection, cyber threat intelligence, and incident response and recovery. She directly oversees the Cyber Fusion Centers and the Security Operations Centers, the teams responsible for 24/7 protection of Citi's global assets and infrastructure. Jessica joined Citi in 2022 as Head of Cyber Fusion, where she spearheaded a multi-year transformation program modernizing cyber fusion operations and firmwide vulnerability management, resulting in significant efficiency savings, risk reduction, and successful supervisory outcomes.
