Shahid Raza is Chair and Full Professor of Cybersecurity and Director of Research at the School of Computing Science, University of Glasgow (UofG). He also serves as Director of the MSc in Cybersecurity programme and leads a newly established hacking lab at UofG. Previously, he spent eight years as Director of the Cybersecurity at RISE Sweden, where he built one of Sweden’s largest technical cybersecurity groups. He co-founded Cybercampus Sweden and leads its scientific activities as Research Director, and he founded the RISE Cyber Range. Shahid is a leading IoT security researcher in Europe, with over 7,800 citations. He holds a PhD from Mälardalen University, and an MSc from KTH Sweden, both in cybersecurity.
