Clayton Romans is an Associate Director of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) and leads the Joint Cyber Defense Collaborative (JCDC). Mr. Romans joined federal government in 2008 as a Presidential Management Fellow focused on National Security. Mr. Romans brings his wealth of experience to bring together government and industry partners shoulder-to-shoulder to understand and counter cyber threats. JCDC partners coalesce unique capabilities and expertise from across the globe to reduce risk to through operational cyber defense planning and execution; cybersecurity information sharing, fusion, and analysis; and the development of cybersecurity alerts and guidance at scale. Mr. Romans has a legal background, speaks fluent Spanish, commutes on foot when possible, and loves a rare steak.
