Ryan is a Security Architect and AI Security Evangelist at Palo Alto Networks, leading Zero-Trust and AI SOC transformation, with extending focus on AI Security and autonomous Offensive and Defensive Agents. He is an expert in AI/ML for Cybersecurity and Cyber-Physical Systems, Security Operations, Detection Engineering and Network Security. He is a Royal Academy of Engineering Visiting Professor of Cybersecurity and AI at Kingston University, and a past Senior Research Fellow in Cybersecurity and AI at the University of Greenwich, UK. He has published over 20 articles in top cybersecurity journals and led research and development in multiple national and international research projects, focusing on artificial intelligence in cybersecurity, cyber-physical systems security, intrusion detection, information trustworthiness, and social engineering.
