He previously spent six years at the U.S. Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), serving as CISA’s operational liaison to the UK’s GCHQ. His background includes threat hunting, cyber intelligence, and incident response across multiple regions, with over three years in China, fluency in Mandarin, and roles at the U.S. Embassies in Beijing and London. At Darktrace, he applies this global experience to drive cross‑industry threat research and insight into emerging cyber challenges. He holds a master’s in international management and security policy from UC San Diego and is CISM/CEH certified.
