Steve Rodhouse has over 30 years’ service in policing and law enforcement. As a Chief Officer in the Metropolitan Police he led the Specialist Crime and Operations Command tackling organised crime threats as diverse as cybercrime, homicide, rape and sexual offending, and gang violence. He joined the National Crime Agency (NCA) in 2018 as the Director General Operations responsible for leading the NCA’s operational work and ensuring that the serious and organised crime threats to the UK are understood and responded to in the most effective way across law enforcement. He recently became the Director General Threats at the NCA, including a lead responsibility for the National Cyber Crime Unit.
