Carla is the Senior Director of Policy & Government Affairs at Palo Alto Networks, leading public policy across the UK and Ireland on cybersecurity, privacy, and wider technology policy. She holds several external roles, including Trustee of the UK Cyber Security Council, member of the Scottish National Cyber Resilience Advisory Board, and Co-Chair of techUK’s Cyber Resilience Committee. Before her current role, Carla was Director of Government Affairs at Symantec and a Director at techUK, where she established their dedicated cybersecurity programme. She began her career in the public sector, serving in the Department of Health, the Department for Transport, and the Home Office, with experience ranging from procurement to the development of national mental health legislation.
