Detective Chief Inspector (DCI) Russell Kerr has 20 years police service. DCI Kerr has worked in Local Policing , Criminal Investigation Departments, Specialist Crime Division and Transformational Change. Latterly, DCI Kerr was seconded to the Scottish Cyber Coordination Centre leading on Threat Intelligence and Vulnerability Management before returning to his current role. DCI Kerr currently leads Police Scotland's Cybercrime investigations, CCTV and Digital Forensics for the Cyber and Fraud Unit.
